TERMS OF SALES
DELIVERY TIME
The products featured in our store have a production time of approximately
20 days.
This is due to the nature of our products ( material and variants), which doesn’t
enable us to keep all the variants in stock in our warehouse.
PRICES
The prices posted on the website are in EURO including the statutory value
added tax due in the country where the invoice is ussued.
Our prices are ex works our factory.
ORIGINALITY
Classics of Bauhaus Age posted on our website are accurate reproductions of pieces of furniture created by designers of the 1920s and 1930s. By faithfully reproducing the form and the materials of the originals we enable our delighted customers to enjoy their designer’s creativity at affordable price. They are faithfully reproduced by hand in Italy. In this country these modern classic pieces are not more protected with license, and we are enabled to produce and sell them. Every product that we offer in our online shop is traded directly through our showroom in Italy, Corso Italia 19, 37016 Garda (VERONA).
SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchasing contract, according
to italian legislative act n. 185 dated 22 may 1999 in aknowledgement of the
European Directive 97/7/CE concerning consumer protection.
The goods supplied by our company may be returned within 10 working days from
date of receipt without any penalty or any specific reasons.
Customer shall notify his right to withdraw within the same term by means of
registered letter with return receipt addressed to Artemia Design Srl, Corso
Italia 19, 37016 Garda (VERONA) Italy.
Goods must be returned undamaged in its original packaging. Carriage for delivery
will be at your expence. Upon receipt of the goods, we will refund the amount
paid for the purchase by means of bank transfer to the bank account number provided.
RETURNS AND CHANGES OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
In case a product was defective, we will either replace it. Shipment cost for
the replacement of defective products will be paid by our company. In case you
received a damaged product, please send us an e-mail at info@gardarte.com

DAMAGED PRODUCT
1) If you notice that the box of your goods is broken or damaged, do not accept
it at the delivery.
2) If the box is not broken or damaged, you can accept the goods at the delivery
but we please you to sign the carrier's delivery form BUT ONLY adding
the following note next to your signature: "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE TO INSPECT
THE CONTENT".
Damages can often appear only after opening and inspection of the contect.
REFUND OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS WILL BE GRANTED ONLY IF THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS ARE
FOLLOWED.
PRIVACY
We inform our delighted customer that the personal data that you supply may
be processed in compliance with Art. 10 of Act n. 675 of 31.December 1996 concerning
the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of
personal data.
The personal data will be processed electronically with the utmost confidentiality
and will be used for the execution of the contract and for the processing of
the purchase order for the products.
The supplying of personal data is obligatory for the purpose of the provision
of the service.

The customer can register at the website by using the “ Newsletter”
button situated on the start page, on the left. You must enter all the personal
details requested in the proper spaces. We will periodically inform you about
all the news available to you.
RESERVATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS
Untill full payment has been made goods will remain property of the seller.
